Brazilian Fish Stew Recipe
Allow us a moment to drool a little. Ok, so now that our salivary glands are at rest for a few minutes, let’s talk about the South American culinary delight that is the Brazilian fish stew, a.k.a Moqueca. As the name suggests, the dish is a mildly spiced stew (or broth, if you please) of kinds cooked with zesty peppers, fish stock, and coconut milk for the feels! The fish stew can be made with regular fish or like the traditional Moqueca, with fish and shellfish (usually prawn or shrimps). The ingredients are easy to find anywhere, and even easier is the cooking the dish. Follow the recipe below to whip up a delectable Brazilian fish stew to blow everyone’s mind!

Cauliflower Pickle Recipe
The process of pickling food is nothing short of awesome. Not only does the food last longer, but in a whole new form too! Especially in Southeast Asian countries, pickle or achaar or avakaya plays a major role. And the best part? The variety, of course! Also, there is hardly a pickle that doesn’t taste good. You may not like a particular vegetable, but as a pickle you’ll lap it all up. Like I said, nothing short of awesome. The recipe that we’re trying out today is that of an Indian-style cauliflower pickle. A delicious and easy-to-make recipe, the cauliflower pickle goes amazingly well with almost everything – right from roti and sabzi to biryani, you can pair it with anything. Follow this recipe to make some at home.

Coconut Chutney - South Indian Recipe
South Indian food - If we are preparing a south Indian dish like Idli or Dosa, the first thing comes to our mind is the coconut chutney and a bowl of sambar. Chutney is one of the easy recipes to make which requires less time and less number of ingredients. Indian Cuisine is incomplete without chutney. Chutney plays a very important role in Indian meals. Chutney can be dry or wet, chutney can be sweet, sour or spicy. Chaat items like Pani-Puri, Ragada Patties, Aloo Chaat are incomplete without a Tamarind and Pudina Chutney same way dishes like Idli, Dosa, Uttapam is always incomplete without a coconut chutney. Chutney helps in digestion, also it adds it’s own flavor to the dish. In south India, dry chutney is called as podi. Podi is generally served with idli and Dosa.
