here she is… The officially crowned Queen of Pies. She is nothing like other pies, she is special… she is Royalty. She is like nothing you ever tasted before… She is her Highness Queen Tuna Pie. By far this is my favorite Pie and has been for as long as I can remember. This is my Mom’s most classical and praised pie recipe (and my personal favorite since I was a child) One of the reasons this pie is so different to other tuna pies is that it doesn’t have any tomato sauce in it. And still you’ll find it to be super moisture and rich, it has the fluffiness of the filling starring the tuna. It has the crunchiness of the dough that stills leave us a déjà vu of soft moisture. It’s just pure magic.
