Caramelized apples in rum-caramel sauce

recipe; 2 apples,cored and peeled 4 tbl dark muscovado sugar 40 grams butter 3 tbl rum cinnamon,vanilla vanilla ice cream or like Melt butter and sugar,add spices and apple slices. Turn them often and spoon sauce over them.Add the rum towards the end.Boil on low heat until the sauce starts to caramelize.Serve with ice cream or whipped cream
