Carrot Hummus
In the blender place: 3-4 large carrots 1 Can of chickpeas Juice of 1 lemon 1 tsp cumin 3 tbs olive oil 1/4 cup water 1 tsp sea salt Enjoy! I made this for my hungry nursing colleagues on night shift and it went down a treat! I also had leftovers for salad dressing
