January 6: Feature Irish Desserts this Little Christmas

Extend your celebration with Little Christmas! The rest of the world recognizes this day as the Epiphany but in Ireland, it is a time to finish leftover food, take down decorations, and enjoy traditional puddings and cakes. Some parts of Ireland even make this a Woman's Christmas where the women enjoy a day with friends and relatives while the men attend to household chores.
