This number is approximately 3.14159 but its decimal representation actually never ends. In the culinary world, the pie is a popular baked dish usually made of pastry dough wrapped around a filling of sweet or flavorful ingredients from fruits, vegetables and even meat. Incidentally, it usually comes in the form of a circle. So if anyone ever asks you what the ratio of your pie's circumference to its diameter, you can simply answer, it's Pi!
