Perfect for a midday lunch or dinner, it can be whipped up in less than thirty minutes. Also, it is a great finger food for parties and picnics. The sweet, sour and slightly spicy dressing with the addition of ginger and garlic produce a complexity of flavors. This recipe can be easily modified with different crispy vegetables and other creamy or tangy dressing served with flat breads. Wash and cut vegetables and refrigerate for at lease an hour before assembling. Toss with dressing just before serving to maintain its freshness and crunchiness.

Butter in and apply some bread crumbs to 2 long shaped bread pans and fill them up to half with the dough. Bake at 175 degrees for 90 minutes
