Protein Chicken Quiche
If you’re looking for a low fat, low carb, high protein meal, then this quiche is for you. It works great on it’s own as a snack or as part of a meal. We brought this along to a picnic and it was a big hit with my family. Feel free to add extra seasoning, or ingredients to change the flavour.

Banana Peanut Butter Protein Bars
Personally I didn't think these bars were going to come out so well but I have been loving them! They aren't a massively sweet bar so if that's what you are looking for you might want to add some extra honey.

Chicken Avocado Burrito
This burrito is jam packed with flavour. I made this for lunch last week and it was amazing! You can also add your own ingredients to the burritos to beef it up. However I would recommend giving it a try on its own initially because its that good.
