Learn good food tips before you donate blood! World Blood Donor Day has been celebrated internationally since 2004. Its purpose is to raise awareness regarding blood safety and show gratitude to blood donors.
While volunteers only extract a safe amount of blood for donation, donating blood can affect your energy levels and well-being if you fail to take precautions.
