The Christmas ham is mostly associated with modern Christmas traditions. Serving ham during Christmas is an extremely popular tradition in many countries throughout the world. The Yule ham usually comes from a pig that has been cured, or in other times smoked, and then either baked in an oven or boiled over a stovetop.
